Saint Nicolas – Underground Parking Lot

Description

This contract consisted in the execution of the retaining wall for the excavation of the underground parking lot "Saint Nicolas".
With an area of 2640 m² and a depth of 12 m, it is located in the immediate vicinity of roads and buildings.
The base project contemplated a peripheral diaphragm wall supported by two levels of anchors. The proposed variant design consisted of a peripheral retaining wall of Cutter Soil Mixing (CSM) panels provisionally supported by slab sections to be included in the final structure. The slab sections were supported on temporary micropiles.
